PCI device status shows Error Code 29 due to IRQ Steering disabled.
Cause:
The IRQ Steering is disabled on the computer.
Solution:
Double-click the 'System' icon in 'Control Panel'. Select 'PCI Bus' from the 'Device Manager'. Select the 'IRQ Steering' check box.
NOTE: IRQ Steering is not supported in any release of Windows 95 before Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)
3) Double-click the 'System' icon. (The 'System Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Device Manager' tab.
5) Double-click on 'System Devices'. (The branch expands, showing all available devices.)

6) Select 'PCI Bus' and click 'Properties'. (The 'PCI Bus Properties' dialog box appears.)

7) Click the 'IRQ Steering' tab.
8) Select the 'IRQ Steering' check box.
9) Click 'OK' to close the 'PCI Bus Properties' dialog box.
10) Click 'OK' to close the 'System Properties' dialog box.
11) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to exit the 'Control Panel' window.
